Our team is comprised of talented and creative people. You’ll be supported by a welcoming team of graphic designers, copywriters, web developers, video production experts, social media managers, and SEO experts.

About The Position

This position has great upside potential and the chance to start a long term career in the SEO and online marketing industry.

  • Fully remote
  • Flexible schedule
  • Fun girls in team

As a Junior SEO Specialist you’d be performing such duties as:

  • Modifying and updating website pages
  • Primarily working in WordPress
  • Basic HTML and CSS usage
  • Research on keywords and related search queries

Business hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday – Friday. If you are a student, we do not expect you to be immediately available at all times. However, prompt communications are expected (reply as soon as you can, same day at the very least), and assigned work is expected to be completed within a timely manner (typically within 24 hours).

This position is fully remote, just like the rest of our company. We collaborate through email, online project management software, and Google Meet sessions. Some day we will get back to in-person meetups, too. Pay starts at $14 per hour, with additional pay based on tenure and experience. We also have several ways to earn additional income with commissions and customer referral programs.

This is a position to become a part time employee, not a contractor. We are looking for persons to work approx. 20 hours per week, but are flexible for more or less hours. This is not a temporary position. Long term opportunities are available.

Who We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for a few good people to join our team as Junior SEO Specialists. Most who apply are currently attending college, in a related field of study. If this is you, we’re happy to work with your changing school and extra curricular schedule.

  • You should be savvy in social media, knowing about the latest and popular apps, and how they are used.
  • You should be familiar with WordPress, as this is where most of our work is performed.
  • You should understand some basic HTML and CSS.
  • If you know about schema (www.schema.org) then that is a plus.
  • Ideally you know some basic SEO concepts, or have experience in SEO and SEO tools: Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEOquake, Google Analytics or Google Search Console. However, if you are short on SEO experience, but you can check off all other items on this posting, then we’d still like to talk to you.

Most work is task-driven, so you’ll need to work well off tasks lists and within a Jira project management system (task lists, due dates, messaging, etc). You will be working in dozens of websites and customer accounts, so you should be detail orientated and an organized person. Following through on communications and instructions is a must, given the remote nature of the position! You should strive to learn more, want to improve, and have a purposeful direction in your career goals. Being creative is important. Both in a sense of art an expression, but also in the context of problem solving and moving forward to accomplish goals.

Finally, and maybe most importantly, you should be a nice person who wants to be part of a like-minded team!
